  • Based on hourly rate of vehicle/mileage. Final/actual cost will be calculated by the department.
  • Specialty vehicles, ADA vehicles, and luggage space are available upon request.
  • STC (Standard Transportation Charges): applied to each reservation based on vehicle type and covers costs, such as Fuel, Permit Fees, and Technology.
  • Parking is not included. Pricing includes tolls associated with travel in our local service area. Additional toll costs may be applicable for travel outside of DC, MD, VA.
  • April to June: 6 hour minimums on limousines Friday & Saturday after 5:00pm
  • Early/Late Fee of $15.00 applies to trips beginning between 12:00am and 5:00am ET

Airport Fees (Washington DC Airports Only)

  • Meet and Greet – $15 additional fee for Sedan, SUV, and Van
  • Curbside Drop-Off/Pick-Up Fee for IAD and DCA Airports – $5 access charge applies to Sedans and SUVs
 

Tolls Are Additional

  • Please note that road tolls are not included in the base transportation rate and will be added separately.

Transfers

  • Sedan and SUVs Only – Incremental Rates Based on Mileage; Miles 1-15 (1x), 21-30 (1.5x), 31-40 (1.75x), 41-50 (2x), 51-60 (2.25x), 61-70 (2.5x), 71+ (As Directed)
  • Additional Stop Charge for Transfers – $35.00. If additional stops exceed 15 minutes or more than one stop is added; hourly rates apply.

Cancellation/Deposit Policy

Trips booked for $300 or greater require a 50% deposit at time of booking. A trip is not considered reserved until deposit has been collected. Deposits are refundable up to 48 hours prior to scheduled start time; and are non-refundable within of 48 hours of scheduled start time. Cancellations within two (2) hours of scheduled start time are billable at 100% of the estimated charges.
